In a deal that should strengthen its software and services offering, Prime Carrier Ltd. has acquired F-Line Technologies.

Prime Carrier is a leader in the provision of On Demand solutions for the global telecommunications and media industries. F-Line is an integrated software corporation serving telecom. The deal will provide both turnkey and custom software solutions to a number of service providers, in an all share-based transaction.

F-Line Technologies’ flagship product, Concept-Tel 5.0, provides a total network management and decision support platform, encompassing invoice management and analysis, billing, rate administration, routing analysis, call reporting, and revenue/margin analysis.

Under the acquisition agreement, F-Line Technologies and the Concept-Tel products become part of Prime Carrier. F-Line Technologies staff will be retained to continue the on-going software development, marketing, customer deployment and support.
