› Prime Carrier Launches Enhancements to Dial Code and Rate Management software

Dublin, Ireland — June 29th, 2006 — Prime Carrier Ltd., a market leader in the provision of solutions for the international wholesale carrier-to-carrier and retail telecommunications markets, today announced the next release of its market leading Next Generation Dial Code and Rate Management product - MOST Dial Code and Rate Manager.
Prime Carrier’s MOST Dial Code and Rate Manager is the only product available today that is exclusively focused on solving a number of industry-wide problems that affects every single carrier irrespective of size, type or systems deployed. Some of these key business problems include Destination ‘Cherry Picking’, Dial Code mismatches, Invoice Disputes, Incorrect Rates used in downstream routing and billing systems and Haphazard Destination Management. For instance, Destination Dial Code mismatches between procuring and supplying carriers can result in a substantial loss for the customer. These can go undetected for 5 to 6 weeks and even when detected, the liability cannot be immediately discharged.
New functionality in this release includes Partial Rate Sheet upload for supplements to full A-Z lists; Improved Error Checking during the upload process ensuring rate data is as accurate as possible; Multiple Service Master Destination Lists assigned to multiple Service Levels such as Retail, Wholesale, ISDN, Premium, so carriers can manage different service destinations; Charge Period Mapping differentiating destination rates across time periods and mapping between the customer’s Time of Day periods and the Carrier’s Charge Periods protecting against unexpected costs due to time period overlap.
MOST Dial Code and Rate Manager is uniquely delivered over the Internet as an ‘On Demand’ application, which overcomes many of the barriers involved in deploying software solutions. ‘On-Demand’ computing gives companies an alternative to buying, building, and maintaining their own IT infrastructures. By using applications running on a world-class infrastructure and delivered via the Internet, companies can experience a decrease in the total cost of ownership saving up to 90% and dramatically reduce the implementation from months to just days.
