› Prime Carrier acquires F-Line Technologies

Prime Carrier Ltd., the market leader in the provision of ‘On Demand’ solutions for the global telecommunications and media industries, announced that it has acquired F-Line Technologies, an integrated software corporation serving the telecommunications industry, providing both turnkey and custom software solutions to a number of well established service providers, in an all share based transaction.
F-Line Technologies’ flagship product, Concept-Tel 5.0 provides a total network management and decision support platform, encompassing invoice management and analysis, billing, rate administration, routing analysis, call reporting, and revenue/margin analysis.
Under the acquisition agreement, F-Line Technologies and the Concept-Tel products becomes part of Prime Carrier, strengthening the provision of software-based services and solutions to the global Telecommunications industry. F-Line Technologies staff will be retained to continue the on-going software development, marketing, customer deployment & support. F-Line Technologies’ existing customers include: KDDi, Des Vieux Telecoms, Telepoint, CTI Telefónica, Trescom, Primus, Technology Control Services and Long Distance International.
The acquisition further strengthens and accelerates Prime Carrier’s respective market positioning and product strategies, with strong product synergies that compliment Prime Carrier’s existing MOST product suite. In addition, F-Line Technologies provides a presence in the North American market with support for the requirements of US Domestic traffic routing.
Prime Carrier’s MOST products enable organizations to cost-effectively and efficiently manage interconnect trading relationships. Real-time processing of traffic data provides quality, cost and margin information enabling the production of an ‘actual vs. forecast’ analysis. This fundamentality reduces costs, improves margins and measures call and carrier quality through a range of metrics.
F-Line´s Concept-Tel 5.0 is an end-to-end system for managing all facets of the wholesale carrier industry including inbound and outbound rating, least cost routing, billing, financial analysis, dispute management, and more. Concept-Tel enables customers to increase profits through detailed margin analysis, custom calling rules, accounts management, advanced dispute handling, least cost routing, and capacity planning, as well as dramatically reducing rating and rounding errors through switch analysis and advanced reporting This system provides a comprehensive, powerful analysis and management platform for the entire wholesale business.
